A notice should identify the protected work, identify and locate the disputed material, provide contact information, explain the good-faith basis for the complaint, confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act, and include a physical or electronic signature.
GiftedPages4U may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a credible copyright complaint and may contact the affected author or account holder when appropriate.
A person whose material was removed because of a copyright notice may submit a legally valid counter-notice when they believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. The counter-notice should identify the removed material and prior location, explain the basis for restoration, provide required contact and jurisdiction information, include the legally required statements, and be signed.
When permitted by law, material subject to a valid counter-notice may be restored after the applicable waiting period unless the complaining party provides notice of a court action seeking to restrain the disputed activity.
GiftedPages4U may terminate or restrict repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may remove content that violates copyright or platform policies.
Copyright notices and counter-notices are legal communications. Submitters are responsible for the accuracy and legal basis of information they provide.
